AND THEN THEY WANTED TO BASICALLY EMPHASIZE THAT THE ARTS COMMISSION, THE CITY COUNCIL, THE CITY OF DUNCANVILLE, SHOULD NOT BE THE PRIMARY FUNDING SOURCE FOR YOUR PROJECT, FOR YOUR EVENT. SO WITH THAT IN MIND, AND WHAT THE MAYOR HAS MENTIONED TODAY, IF I COULD SUGGEST THAT STAFF GET WITH THE CITY ATTORNEY AND CREATE THAT LANGUAGE THAT'S NEEDED TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE.
