WE STARTED OUT IN JANUARY. YOU PASSED A RESOLUTION 2539 AND AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY. INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY. MASTER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT. ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS. AND THERE WERE 28 FIRMS THAT YOU APPROVED TO HAVE CONTRACTS UP TO $300,000 IN VALUE. SO THE FIRST THIS IS THE FIRST PROJECT THAT WE USED UNDER THIS AUTHORIZATION. WE IDENTIFIED THAT DATE IN MARCH AND A TIMELINE THERE OR COMPLETED THE STEPS AND REQUIRED IN TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE 2254, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROCUREMENT ACT. AND SO AND WENT THROUGH THE SAME PROCESS THAT WE WOULD IF WE WERE SENT OUT TO THE [00:30:04] BID TO THE MARKETPLACE AND COME BACK WITH AN EVALUATION AND A RECOMMENDATION. THE MASTER PLAN WAS $214,000 AND HAD A SCOPE OF SOME DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS. AND I THINK THE LAST TIME THAT WE GOT TO THAT, THE LAST TIME THIS WAS DONE, IT WAS IN 1999. SO THAT PROJECT BEGAN IN 2025 AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION OF MAY OF 2026. THE MAXIMUM WAS THE STREAM CONDITION ASSESSMENT. THE COST OF $73,000 AND. THE STREAM CONDITIONS, AND IDENTIFIED THE IMPACTS TO PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE. STARTING IN 2025 OF JUNE AND COMPLETED IN DECEMBER OF 2025. CITY MANAGER WILL EXECUTE THE CONTRACTS. LIKE FOR EXAMPLE, IF I BOUGHT SOMETHING IN DUNCANVILLE AND IT GOT SHIPPED FROM SOMEWHERE IN DALLAS, IT MIGHT HAVE GOT REPORTED TO DALLAS, WHEN IN FACT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO DUNCANVILLE. THAT'S THE KIND OF THING WE'RE GOING TO FIND. BUT THE SALE DOES NOT GET ATTRIBUTABLE TO US.
