THEY CURRENTLY ARE USING THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IS WHAT HAPPENS THERE. AND THEY PUT FOLDING TABLES DOWN IN THE FRONT OF THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SO WE COULD HAVE SOME SET UP THERE. SO TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION. SO IT WOULD BE REALLY PRIMARILY WHAT WE'D BE FOCUSED ON IS THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW BUILDING. AND THEN THAT WAY WE'VE GOT MOST OF THE CENTRAL STAFF UNDER ONE ROOF, SO TO SPEAK. SO $10 MILLION WOULD BE NO SURPRISES.
