SO THAT'S JUST KIND OF COUNTERINTUITIVE. WELL, IT'S GOING TO BE A QUESTION FOR THE CITY MANAGER, BUT OH, OKAY. BECAUSE I'LL BE I'LL SPEAK FOR THE PUBLIC. RIGHT.
