THERE WAS ALSO A DOCUMENT CALLED A JOB ANALYSIS TOOL. WE HAD A 41% PARTICIPATION . THIS WAS A CHANCE FOR PEOPLE TO TALK ABOUT. NOT ONLY WHAT IS YOUR JOB SAY YOU DO, BUT WHAT DO YOU DO? AND SO, LIKE I SAID, IT'S AN ONGOING TARGET. WE SENT NOVEMBER 20 THROUGH. WE SENT THREE PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS AS A GUIDE FOR POLICE FIRE IN GENERAL. GOVERNMENT AND THE CITY IMPLEMENTED THE PLAN TO DETERMINE HOW THIS WILL WORK IN THE FUTURE AS FAR AS MERIT BASED PAY. ALL STAFF MEETING WAS HELD IN NOVEMBER. THAT MEETING WAS BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE WERE LIKE, WHERE IS THIS PLAN, AND WE'RE GETTING A LITTLE CONCERNED THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SEE ANY RESULTS OF IT.
