AND THEN WE COMBINE THAT INFORMATION WITH OUR ANALYSIS. THAT WAS A CITY WIDE DRAINAGE ANALYSIS TO CONFIRM THAT THESE WERE IN FACT PROBLEM AREAS IN TERMS OF FLOODING RISKS. OUT OF THAT ASSESSMENT, WE ENDED UP WITH SIX LOCATIONS THAT WERE SELECTED AS THE MOST CRITICAL LOCATIONS THAT NEEDED SOME WORK. FOUR OF THEM WERE ROADWAY CROSSINGS, AND TWO OF THEM ARE COMMUNITIES WITH UNDERSIZED STORM DRAIN SYSTEMS, AND YOU CAN SEE THE LOCATION ACROSS THE CITY. SO THESE SIX AREAS. SO I'M GOING TO SHOW YOU FIRST THE FOUR ROADWAY CROSSINGS. THEY'RE VERY SIMILAR IN SCOPE. SO I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU A LOT OF DETAILS ON EACH ONE OF THEM. JUST THE FIRST ONE IN THIS CASE IN GREEN HILLS ROADWAY. ESSENTIALLY WE HAVE A VERY LOW LINE ROAD AND A CROSSING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR DRAINAGE THAT IS REALLY UNDERSIZED. THIS REPRESENTS THAT RAINFALL EVENT THAT OCCURS COULD OCCUR WITH A 1% CHANCE EVERY YEAR, RIGHT? SO IT'S A VERY HIGH RISK SITUATION, RIGHT? BUT WHEN IT DOES OCCUR, THEN YOU WILL HAVE THIS CONDITION, RIGHT? THE ROADWAY GETS FLOODED. YOU COULD GET TWO FEET OF WATER OVER THE ROAD. AND THEN SOME PROPERTIES ARE ALSO AFFECTED.
